Message	is if you have any record of who exactly received the copied products, that you should contact them directly and resolve the discrepancy offline and not wait for people to contact you. Everyone screws up at some point, Lord knows I've made mine, but what you decide to do with this going forward is purely up to you in how you handle your business going forward.
